Welcome to the Pillars and Cornerstones Campaign

The Pillars and Cornerstones priorities grew out of the Strategic Plan goals established two years ago, as a guide for us in our mission of education and in our greater mission of bringing Christ to those students and families who come to us. Our dual responsibility of providing a solid academic preparation within a truly Christ-centered school-life is an enormous challenge. Yet we have continued to rise to the challenge by providing a demanding course of study, a range of attractive co-curricular activities, and a fruitful spiritual life for our students. A successful campaign will positively and significantly impact each of these areas, and I urge all who support our mission to prayerfully consider making a gift.

A message from our honorary Chairs

The Pillars and Cornerstones Campaign is a commitment to continue to help our students thrive academically, spiritually, and athletically. The campaign provides our students with exciting facility improvements, such as the expansion to the chapel and original gym, among others. SJ23 stays true to its mission to educate hearts and minds in a Christ-centered community.

We place equal importance on the academic, spiritual, and athletic development of our children. These traits come together to teach immeasurable life skills as they prepare to excel in their personal journeys. We are grateful that our children have been able to call SJ23 home for their high school years.

As you prayerfully consider supporting the Pillars and Cornerstones Capital Campaign, we ask you to reflect on St. John XXIII’s vital role in providing Catholic secondary education in Greater Katy. Your pledge or gift will make a meaningful impact on the students we serve and will attract families who desire a high-quality Catholic education for generations to come.

There are many ways to contribute and support the capital campaign. Selecting the ideal method is a personal decision dependent on each person’s unique financial situation and goals. Pledges are commitments made in good faith and are not legally binding. Pledges may be fulfilled through monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual installments.

As tax laws frequently change, donors are encouraged to consult with a qualified financial advisor to determine which method of contributing is most beneficial.
